All prices are stated on the website or communicated by our team before purchase.
Billing descriptor may appear as EASY INSPIRE, EASYINSPIRE, or as shown by our payment processor.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree that you will:

Not submit fraudulent or misleading documents

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

No refund is issued for visa refusal
No timeline is guaranteed
No success is guaranteed
6. Prohibited Activity

Fraudulent documentation

The Company may terminate services if misuse is detected.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes

1. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of consultancy and documentation work, all sales are final once work has started.
The following are strictly non-refundable:

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Payment made in error AND no work started
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
3. No Refunds For External Decisions
We do not provide refunds for:

Embassy rejection
Processing delays
Client’s incorrect information
Change of mind
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before work begins.
Once work starts, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
